The classes are divided up into three groups
Beginner:
Initially we will take you through the safety rules, boundaries, entries and exits, bubbles, floating and kicking being the most important. These seemingly fun exercises are designed to make you comfortable and confident in a water environment, getting over your fear of water.
Intermediate:
Arms are taught, diving is an exciting skill to overcome at the end of every lesson and the deep end is frequently visited with plenty of laughs.
Advanced:
Once we ascertain that you have overcome your anxiety, we focus on co ordination of arms, legs as well as bilateral breathing. How your arms enter and exit the water is key to swimming smoothly and effortlessly. To add a little fun into the lesson we have a race between fellow swimmers to search and recover ‘hidden treasure’.
